REACH requires registration for individual substances¹ (on their own or in preparations²) greater than (ONE) 1 metric ton per year produced or imported. The product we sell to you, to our current knowledge, does not contain substances above the legal threshold that are on the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) as published on the ECHA website and per the January, 2019 requirements.

Each importer is responsible for its own compliance with REACH.  To understand fully the obligations that you as our customer will have under REACH, we recommend that you consult the REACH web site at http://echa.europa.eu.

1) Substance: a chemical element and its compounds in the natural state or obtained by any manufacturing process, including any additive necessary to preserve its stability and any impurity deriving from the process used, but excluding any solvent which may be separated without affecting the stability of the substance or changing its composition (REACH, Art. 3.1).

2) Preparation: means a mixture or solution composed of two or more substances (REACH, Art. 3.2).
