Miner Elastomer Products Corporation is an associate member of MANA, Manufacturers’ Agents National Association.  MEPC® has been a proud member of MANA for 17 years and has been in good standing with MANA since 2003.

This is based upon information provided by suppliers of the raw materials used by Miner Elastomer Products Corporation to manufacture these products. All TecsPak® products in their natural state are FDA approved. FDA certifications are available upon request. FDA approval depends on the coloring used in the products and will vary with the color.

All standard TecsPak® products, manufactured by Miner Elastomer Products Corporation, are not manufactured with any Mercury. This is based upon information provided by suppliers of the raw materials used by Miner Elastomer Products Corporation to manufacture these products. Mercury is not introduced into the product at any point in our manufacturing process. As such, Miner Elastomer Products Corporation makes no independent representations or warranties, expressed or implied, and assumes no liability in connection with the use of this information.

Miner Elastomer Products Corporation maintains an unwavering commitment to safety for our employees, our suppliers, and the communities in which we operate and we share that concern for all who handle our products. As both a manufacturer and exporter, Miner Elastomer Products has reviewed the requirements of REACH as they apply to our suppliers, our customers, and our own operations.

REACH requires registration for individual substances¹ (on their own or in preparations²) greater than (ONE) 1 metric ton per year produced or imported. The product we sell to you, to our current knowledge, does not contain substances above the legal threshold that are on the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) as published on the ECHA website and per the January, 2019 requirements.

Each importer is responsible for its own compliance with REACH.  To understand fully the obligations that you as our customer will have under REACH, we recommend that you consult the REACH web site at http://echa.europa.eu.
